- Klaus tok over halve bruket til Ola Gabrielson i 1804, 16 1/2spann. Ved skjøyte frå vermora av 6. des. 1810 vart han eigarav 12 spann og ved hennar død året etter fekk han endå 1 1/2spann .I 1813 vart han dessutan eigar av den andre halvpartenav Ol aGabrielson sitt bruk, så han til slutt åtte 46 1/2 spannelle rmeir enn halve Nedre Austrått og dertil om lag dei 3fjerdepartar av Kjervastad. Enkja selde i 1845 halve bruket tilJan Adolph Budde (Austrått 68), til landbruksskulegard. Klaus took overhalf Ola Gabrielson's farm in 1804, 16 1/2barrel . Through thedeed from his mother-in-law of 6. Dec 1810he beca me the ownerof 12 barrels, and when she died the yearafter, h e got another1 1/2 barrel. In 1813 he also became theowner o f the otherhalf of Ola Gabrielson's farm, so that he inthe en d owned 461/2 barrel or more than half of lower Austråttand i n additionto this around 3 quarts of Kjervastad. In 1845the wi dow soldhalf of the farm to Jan Adolph Budde (Austrått68) wit h thepurpose of making a farmer's academy.
